Staff announcement!
I realized I never actually told you who is on staff. To clarify:
Tiffany is aST: whatever I don’t want to do. Mostly this means typing out things I dictate. She does answer tickets and emails, but only after getting my response.
Sarah is aST: influences. I do not understand influences, and she is nice enough to understand them for me.
Colleen is aST: discord/adulting. She maintains all the fancy discord stuff, and also can step in to observe chops and make them official.
Every Monday, the staff has a conference to go over any outstanding questions that I want opinions on. I always have the final decision, but sometimes I need the sounding board. Generally this means that decisions I’ve made that haven’t been typed yet are known to them, as Tiffany can only type so much in 8 hours a week. Any of them may answer questions in ask-the-st, but I can always override their answers. If you want answers directly from me and only me it is best to make a discord ticket or email it in as I always look at those during office hours. You may see Tiffany on a ticket or email, if you do she is just typing so I don’t have to, and closing things out to keep me organized (I cannot discord).
If you ever disagree with any call made by a member of my staff, please email it or create a discord ticket. I cannot and will not be on discord all the time, I have kids and shit. Alerting me directly is the best way to get that resolved.
Again, I love you all and am so happy to see the excitement you have for my game. I do want to remind everybody that ultimately we are talking about imaginary vampires. Please do not let imaginary vampires affect how you feel about other real people. Be polite, be cool, and if you ever need a mediation with another player reach out. I want everybody to get along as players because I love you all and conflict is scary.
