Now, onto the big question, the schedule! After going over all of the results and weighing the availability of the hosts, game will be the second saturday of the month (with no consideration for whether there is a Friday or not). Because of this schedule, and to give ample time for downtime results, downtimes will be due on the Fourth Saturday of the month at 11:59pm.

Approvals for limited slot items are due no later than 11:59 PM on Sunday February 27. The following items are limited slot items:
- 8th gen (2)
- Lhiannon (1)
- Age greater than 100 years
Approvals that are not limited slot items may be submitted at any time and will be reviewed during normal office hours
A completed sheet is NOT required to request an approval, and in fact it is suggested that you not put a bunch of work into doing math if you are going for something limited slot, as the desire for the slots exceeds the number of slots available.
